    All OLSL relief trips are student-led. Find out how to become a leader.

  • Triad Leadership Conference
    A Consortium of Piedmont Triad (and partnering) higher education institutions which aim to coordinate and promote leadership development and cultural awareness among Triad area college and university students.
  • Spartans Leading Spartans
    This program seeks to engage and develop UNCG students demonstrating the highest potential for cultivating leadership and citizenship in themselves and others through peer to peer consultation, facilitation and programming.
  • TeamQUEStâ„¢
    A facilitated team-building program based at Piney Lake with team-building tools including both a low and high ropes course. The program helps groups develop higher levels of trust, communication, leadership, and problem solving.
