Farmer Foodshare Internship

Farmer Foodshare connects people who grow food to people who need it through local farmer’s markets. Here’s how it works: customers donate produce or cash to the Donation Station table at the market, then we donate the collected produce to community organizations addressing food insecurity in Greensboro. The farmers make some extra sales and the food gets out to folks who need it – everyone wins!

UNCG students run the Farmer Foodshare donation station at the Greensboro Farmer’s Curb Market. Three internship positions are available for the fall semester (9/30/2017 – 12/2/2017), and applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

Contact Dale Hacker at with questions, or submit a resume to apply. This 5 hour/week internship is unpaid but can count towards community service hour requirements.
