Executive Leadership Program

The Executive Leadership Program is offered to all post-Bachelor degree seeking students who wish to pursue leadership development at UNCG.  Drawing on leadership experiences, the program is designed to help participants reach their full leadership potential, identify and strengthen personal leadership styles, and engage the future by developing leadership in others.  Students who participate in the program will earn a leadership certificate and medallion.

To successfully complete the program participants need to meet the following requirements:

  1. Attend all workshops outlined below (5 total)
  2. Complete reflections after each workshop on Canvas
  3. Complete 10 hours of community service
  4. Submit a final reflection
